Exchanges ready to start

Everyone has filled out the doodle calendar and we've (the teachers) have created the groups for your weekly meetings. You can see the groups here. Our priorities have been: respect as much as possible preferences indicated (not always possible but we DID try); space out the meetings so that there are not any classes IMMEDIATELY before a class at UIUC or UAB so that there is more than 24 hours to prepare tasks in the event that you are asked to present something from your group and avoid very early meetings (for UIUC students) or very late meetings (for UAB students). We know that the meeting times are not always ideal for everyone but we do feel that the benefits will far outweigh the inconveniences. Remember that you can 'negotiate' different meeting times with your group. This may be a one-off thing (moving up an hour because of a special event) or you may decide to change your time/day permanently. In this case, please let your teachers know. AND everyone must agree to this change.
