For the next class, everyone has been assigned a different resource to read or view (list below). Additionally everyone is expected to read the text by Mont & Masats (link below). You should prepare as if you are THE EXPERT on the resource you have been assigned. Here are some points to think about and (recommended) take notes on:

  • What are the main premises?

  • What do you already know or what seems intuitively obvious?

  • What is ‘new’ or less obvious to you?

  • What are some key ideas for teachers planning a telecollaborative language learning project to bear in mind?

Note that not all the resources are explicitly about telecollaboration or even technology but all of them contribute to the foundations of what we are studying in this course.

Add at least one idea or suggestion to your group's brainstorming googledoc.
