The activities are varied for each day however participants should allocate approximately 1 hour for live sessions (talks, roundtables), another hour for small group work, which can be carried out synchronously or asychronously (chats or forums). Some reading of materials and contributions to online debates will also be required. Alternative activities will be offered for anyone who cannot participate synchronously. To receive certificates participants must complete 80% of the assigned activities.

INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITIES (PRE-TRAINING WEEK)
You'll be asked to register online before the week starts in the google classroom. Reading and suggestions of materials to look over will be provided beforehand.
SCHEDULED TALKS
There are 3 speakers who will be speaking at different times over the course of the week. You will have the chance to interact with the speakers if you join live. We will have discussion groups and roundtables. Participants who cannot join will have the chance to discuss events and topics asynchronously in forums.
ONLINE WORKING GROUPS
We will set up the participants in groups according to their time zones and availability. Participation can be synchronous and asychronous.
CERTIFICATES
Participants will receive certificates for participation upon completing the training week. There are some mandatory tasks that must be completed in order to receive the certificates. Alternative activities for participants who cannot take part in all of the live events will be offered.
